Warning: When performing the procedure in the door cavity, it is necessary to disconnect the power window electrical connector to prevent the possibility of the window suddenly lowering, which could result in injury.
Rear doors on all vehicles except Trailblaizer EXT and Envoy XL
1. Remove the door trim panel and moisture barrier (see subsection 15). Remove the sound system speaker located in the door (see chapter 12).
2. Remove the tape trim from the doors.
3. Lower the glass until the clamp bolts appear in the door opening. Use a felt-tip pen to mark the location of the window regulator clamps on the glass.
4. Loosen the window lift clamp bolts to the point where the glass can be pulled out (see illustration).

5. Lift up and remove the glass through its opening in the door.
6. When installing, it is necessary to lower the glass into the door cavity, retract it to its original location and tighten the nuts.
7. The remainder of the assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Trailblaizer EXT and Envoy XL Rear Doors
8. Remove the door trim panel and moisture barrier (see subsection 15). Remove the sound system speaker located in the door (see chapter 12).
9. Remove the door strips.
10. Remove the window regulator (see subsection 19) and leave the glass at the base of the door.
11. Unscrew the bolt and remove the glass guide from the door.
12. Lift up and remove the glass through its opening in the door.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
