Withdrawal
Note:
- Before carrying out work, disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
- Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
1. Jack up the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
2. Disconnect the automatic transmission control cable from the switch lever.
Note: make sure the selector is in position "N".
3. Remove the start inhibit switch lever.
- A) Loosen the nut (1) mounts. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
- b) Remove lever (2) switch.
4. Remove the sump and automatic transmission fluid filter.
5. Release the latch and disconnect the connector (1) switch.
note: clip (4) near the connector served to secure the wiring during the assembly of the gearbox at the factory. If this clip is damaged, it does not need to be replaced.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening (2). Tightening torque 8 Nm.
7. Remove the start inhibit switch (3).
Installation
Attention: before installation, adjust the position of the movable contact of the switch using the rod of the manual valve.
