Adjustment
1. Make sure the automatic transmission selector on the steering column is in position "R".
2. Raise the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
3. Make sure the manual transmission control shaft is in the park position.
4. Take the cable end (1) in the left hand and tip (2) to the right.
5. Align the outer diameter of the tip (2) with tip inner diameter (1).
6. Press the tip (3) cable until the blue spring is fully compressed (2), this will connect both wires of the cable.
Attention: when the spring is compressed (2) don't hold the tip (1), this will cause misalignment of the cable.
7. Release the tip (3) and let the spring (2) pull (adjust) rope assembly.
8. Pull on the white cover (5) on the tip (1).
9. Press the uncolored commit button (4) to lock the tip (3).
10. Release the white cover (1).
11. Make sure the white cover is (1) closes uncolored commit button (2).
12. If cover (1) does not close the button (2), the cable must be adjusted, see below.
13. Lower the car.
14. Check the correct switching of automatic transmission modes.
15. If the mode switching is incorrect, the cable must be readjusted, see below.
Adjustment
1. Move the automatic transmission selector on the steering column to the position "R".
2. Raise the vehicle.
3. Make sure the manual transmission control shaft is in the park position.
4.Pull back the white cover (1) back to opening uncolored button (2).
Under Button (2) Insert a flathead screwdriver into the lock ramp located at the top of the lock. The lock will open, and the cable will slightly move away from the tip.
5. Next, carry out the cable adjustment operations from adjustment point 6.
