Withdrawal
1. Remove the right rear wheel.
2. Disconnect the connector (1) beam from connector (2) right rear wheel speed sensor.
3. If the vehicle has option Z55, disconnect the connector (3) chassis wire harness at the right rear shock absorber.
4. If the Z55 option is installed on the vehicle, disconnect the air tube from the right rear shock absorber.
5. Remove the wheel speed sensor rear harness support clip from the frame.
Attention: the clip can be removed and installed only in one specific direction.
6. Remove the right rear wheel speed sensor wire support clips from the frame and control arm bracket.
Caution: Never attempt to remove the rear suspension load sensor linkage from the ball joint.
7. Disconnect the rod from the automatic suspension level control sensor:
A) Maintain traction with your hand.
b) Rotate the tie rod end until it separates from the stud.
8. Place a jack under the rear axle.
9. Remove the bolt (2) and a nut (1) Watt's right pull. Tightening torque 105 Nm.
10. If necessary, remove the ventilation hose of the crankcase of the final drive of the rear axle.
11. If necessary, remove the ventilation hose support clip from the rear brake cross tube.
12. Turn away a bolt and a nut of fastening of the right draft of the back stabilizer to a frame. Tightening torque 65 Nm.
13. Remove the right rear stabilizer link from the frame.
14. Remove the bolt and nut of the lower support of the right rear shock absorber. Tightening torque 95 Nm.
15. Lower the right side of the rear axle until the working space for removing the muffler is free.
16. Turn away nuts of fastening of the muffler to catalytic converter.
Tightening torque 45 Nm.
17. Lubricate the gimbal insulators for ease of removal.
18. With the help of an assistant, remove the insulators from the hooks (1), (2) And (3).exhaust systems (one of the variants is shown, on different models the number of suspension hooks is different).
19. With the help of an assistant, remove the insulator from the exhaust system suspension hook near the resonator.
Attention: when removing, do not stretch the rubber parts too much to prevent damage.
20. Remove the muffler.
Installation
21. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
