Checking the brake fluid level

1. Check the brake fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir. The level must be between the marks "MAX" And "MIN".

Brake fluid type - DOT3 or Delco Supreme 11

Note: as the brake pads wear, the brake fluid level drops slightly, but this is not a sign of a problem.

Attention:

• If the brake fluid level drops noticeably in a short time, this indicates a leak in the brake system.
• Brake fluid is toxic and corrosive.
• Brake fluid is hygroscopic. Too much moisture in it adversely affects the brake system and reduces the effectiveness of the brakes.

2. If the brake fluid level is near the mark "MIN", then remove the dirt around the cap, remove the reservoir cap and carefully add brake fluid to the mark "MAX". Install and securely fasten the reservoir cap.

Note: do not fill the reservoir with brake fluid above the mark "MAX".
