Parking brake

1. To apply the parking brake, press the brake pedal all the way down with your right foot. Press the parking brake pedal with your left foot.

Note: If you start driving with the parking brake applied, the buzzer will sound and the parking brake status indicator on the instrument cluster will flash.

2. To release the parking brake, fully depress the brake pedal and pull the parking brake release handle located above the parking brake pedal toward you.
