Removing and installing bass speaker

Release models up to 2003

1. Remove the rear side trim.

2. Turn away bolts. Tightening torque 9 Nm.



3. Remove the subwoofer.



4. Disconnect the connectors.

5. Use a slotted screwdriver to release the latches.

6. Remove the bass driver.

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Release models since 2003

1. Remove the front seats.

2. Slightly move the center console back and disconnect the connectors.

3. Move the center console further to access the bass speaker.

4. Remove the four screws securing the speaker. Tightening torque 6 Nm.



5. Disconnect the connector.

6. Remove the bass driver.

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
