GMT800. front sensor
1. Raise the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
2. Disconnect the sensor harness connector from the vehicle harness connector.
3. (GMT800) Disconnect the wheel speed sensor wires from the body height sensor bracket.
GMT800. Series 1500
GMT800. Series 2500
GMT900
4. Turn away a bolt of fastening of an arm of draft of the gauge to the top cross-section suspension arm. Tightening torque 9 Nm.
5. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the gauge to a frame. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
6. Remove the sensor.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
GMT800. Series 1500, left rear
1. Raise the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor harness connector from the vehicle harness connector.
4. Turn away a bolt of fastening of an arm of draft of the gauge. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
5. Rotate the bracket opening so that the bracket can be removed from the upper trailing arm.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the gauge to a frame. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
7. Remove the sensor.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. The bracket on the upper suspension arm should fit between the stops.
Left back
1. Raise the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor harness connector from the vehicle harness connector.
GMT800 | GMT900 |
4. Turn away bolts of fastening of the gauge. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
GMT800
5. Remove the sensor from the vehicle.
6. Disconnect the sensor rod from the ball joint.
7. Install in reverse order.
Note: the sensor rod is connected to the ball joint after tightening the fastening bolts.
Right rear
1. Raise the vehicle and place the safety stands under the frame.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the sensor harness connector from the vehicle harness connector.
GMT800
4. (GMT800) Disconnect the sensor rod from the ball joint.
(GMT900) Remove the bolt (2) fastening the rod to the lever.
GMT900
5. Turn away bolts of fastening of the gauge. Tightening torque 12 Nm.
6. Remove the sensor from the car.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
