Power steering pump pulley

Withdrawal

1. Remove the radiator fan diffuser (or just the top).

2. Remove the accessory drive belt.

3. Using a puller, remove the pump pulley.

Installation

1. Install the pulley on the power steering pump shaft.

2. Using a drift, press the pulley onto the shaft.



3. Make sure the pulley (1) stands flush with the shaft (2) pump (with a tolerance of±0.25 mm).



4. Install the accessory drive belt.

5. Install the radiator fan diffuser.
