Withdrawal
Caution: When replacing brake pipes, always install a double-walled steel pipe. The use of pipes of any other design is not recommended as it may cause a malfunction of the brake system. Route tubes correctly, always use original brake line fittings.
Attention: brake pipes that run parallel to each other must maintain a gap of 6 mm between them along the entire length.
1. Disconnect the brake pipe from the brake system assembly.
2. Release the tube from the clips and support brackets.
3. Pick up the handset of the car.
Installation
1. Bend the brake tube into the rollers using the old tube as a template.
2. Install the brake pipe on the vehicle. Provide a gap of 25 mm between the tube and moving or vibrating parts of the vehicle.
3. Attach the tube to the brake system components and clips or support brackets. Tightening torque 25 Nm.
4. Bleed the brake system.
