Checking brake pipes and hoses

1. Inspect all brake pipes and hoses, look for:

• loops, incorrect tube/hose routing, missing or damaged tube or hose support clips;
• signs of corrosion or fluid leaks at the fittings for connecting pipes or hoses.

2. If these faults are found, identify the tube or hose, replace the defective part.

3. Make sure the vehicle's axles are properly suspended so that the brake hoses work properly.
