Withdrawal
Models up to 2005
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. (Cadillac Escalade) Rotate the instrument panel.
3. (Chevrolet Tahoe) Remove the instrument panel trim.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector (8) temperature control servo (9).
5. Loosen the screws securing the temperature control servo. Tightening torque 2 Nm.
6. Remove the temperature control servo.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Note: (Cadillac Escalade) before installing the servo, it must be adjusted:
- Connect the electrical connector to the servo.
- Turn the ignition key to the position "RUN". This will turn on the self-adjustment function of the servo.
- Turn the ignition key to the position "OFF".
- Disconnect the servo electrical connector.
Models since 2005
1. (Automatic Models) Remove the center console.
2. Remove the instrument panel.
3. Disconnect the temperature control servo wiring connector.
4. Loosen the screws securing the temperature control servo. Tightening torque 2 Nm.

5. Remove the temperature control servo.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
7. On vehicles with automatic climate control, calibrate the servo.
