Attention! Work is carried out on a cold engine, subject to safety precautions (antifreeze is poisonous).
1. Place a vessel under the radiator drain plug. Attach a hose with an inner diameter of 10 mm (3/8") to the drain valve. Open the drain cock (see photo) and pour the liquid into a vessel.
2. After the coolant drains, move the vessel under the drain plugs of the cylinder block (there are two of them, one on each side of the block). Remove the plugs and drain the coolant from the cylinder block.
6. Check up a condition of hoses of a radiator, a heater of salon and collars.
7. Replace any damaged clamps or hoses.
8. Rinse the radiator with a stream of clean water, if dirty water flows out of the cooling system, then flush the system with a special detergent, following the instructions that come with it.
9. Disconnect the hose from the tank, drain the liquid, rinse the tank and put on the hose.
7. Close the radiator drain cock and tighten both drain plugs.
8. Move the heater lever to the maximum heat output position.
9. Slowly pour liquid (in a 50/50 ratio of water and antifreeze) to the bottom of the tank.
10. Keeping the radiator plug open, warm up the engine until fluid begins to overflow through the radiator neck.
11. Stop the engine, and after cooling, fill in the liquid to the edge of the neck. Close the cork.
12. Squeeze the upper radiator hose to remove air, then add coolant. Replace the radiator filler cap.
13. Start the engine, warm it up and check for leaks.
