1. Cars are equipped with tires with a tape indicator with a width of about 12 mm, which becomes visible at a residual tread depth of about 2 mm.
2. Tire care comes down to checking the tread depth, tire pressure (tested on cold tires), revealing traces of abnormal wear and damage, by which you can determine the condition of the parts of the front suspension and steering (see photo). Regularly remove stones or sharp objects stuck in the tread. Periodically remove the wheels and clean the outer and inner surfaces of the disc from dirt. If in doubt about the consequences of any damage found, consult a tire repair shop. Rearrange the wheels at the specified intervals (see below).
3. If the tire pressure drops, tighten the valve spool. If air does not pass through the valve, then fix the leak by spraying the tire with soapy water (see photo).
