1. Throttle (TBI module) attached to the top of the intake manifold with several bolts. These bolts loosen over time due to vibrations and frequent changes in temperature during normal engine operation, resulting in an air intake disorder.
2. If the tightness of the throttle pipe is compromised, air hissing at the base of the pipe will be heard. To do this, attach one of the ends of the hose section to the nozzle flange and attach the ear to the other end of the hose. A hissing sound indicates an air leak.
3. Remove the air filter, labeling the hoses for ease of assembly.
4. Tighten the bolts to the torque specified in Technical Data (see photo). Exceeding the tightening torque against the norm is not allowed, as the thread may be broken.
6..If, after tightening the bolts, air leakage does not stop, then remove the throttle pipe and replace the gasket (see Chapter 4).
7. Install. air filter and connect all hoses.
