The individual front seats for driver and passenger and the 60/40 split seat of your car have free access features. This makes it easy to take and release the rear seat. On vehicles equipped with electric drive, the driver's seat and only the front passenger's seat will have free access features.
To operate the seat, pull the top of the lever located on the side of the seatback forward and tilt the seatback towards the front of the vehicle.
When you do this, the bottom of the seat will be released. Simply push or pull the seat forward until it stops.
To return the seat to its normal position, return the seat to its upright position, then push the seat back until it locks into place.
After returning the seat to its normal position, try moving the seat with your body to make sure the seat is locked.
