If the liquid inside the barrel sizzles, do nothing until it cools down.
The coolant level should be at or above the COLD mark. If this is not the case, there may be a leak in the system hoses, radiator, pump, or somewhere else.
If no signs of fluid leakage are visible, start the engine again. See if the fan speed increases if you press the gas pedal and double the engine speed. If not, your vehicle needs service, Turn off the engine.
