Hand brake

To set the handbrake, depress and hold the normal brake pedal with your right foot, depress the parking brake pedal with your left foot.

If the ignition is on, the brake system warning lamp will come on.



To release the parking brake, depress the normal brake pedal. Pull the lever located directly above the parking brake pedal labeled BRAKE RELEASE to release the parking brake.

If the ignition is on and the parking brake is released, the brake system warning lamp will turn off.
