Rocking your car
First, turn your steering wheel left to right. This will clear the area around the front wheels. Then move the shift lever back and forth between REVERSE (R) and first gear, turning the wheels as slowly as possible. Release the gas pedal when you change gear, and depress the gas pedal smoothly after the gear is engaged. If this does not help after a few attempts, you need towing. Or you can use tow hooks if your vehicle has them.
The towing hooks are located at the front of the vehicle under the bumper. You can use them to be pulled to a place where you can continue moving.
