Brushes and voltage regulator — replacement (only for generators type SI)

1. Remove the generator.

2. Mark the mutual position of the covers and the stator of the generator with risks to facilitate assembly (see photo).



3. Disassemble the generator in accordance with the photo and remove the voltage regulator and brushes.













4. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order. Please note that the brush fixing clip should be removed only after the final assembly of the generator housing.
