2. Raise the rear of the vehicle and place on stands. Release the parking brake pedal by pulling the release lever.
3. Apply the parking brake four clicks.
4. The cable tension adjustment device is located near the frame, on the driver's side, directly in front of the rear axle. While holding the tip of the cable from turning with pliers, loosen the lock nut and tighten the adjusting nut so that a slight resistance is felt when the rear wheels rotate (see photo).
Attention! If the threads are rusty, moisten them with penetrating liquid.
5. Release the parking brake and make sure the rear wheels turn freely.
6. Tighten the locknut and remove the vehicle from the stands.
