The system provides for the possibility of individually unlocking the rear doors and the right front door using the door lock buttons.
Gearmotors are installed on the locks of each door. The geared motor combines a DC motor with permanent magnet excitation and a rack and pinion gear.
Motor reducer 5 (pic. 7-45) the left front door has a built-in switch, the contacts of which are switched when the lock button is moved or when the door lock drum is turned with the key. Through the closed contacts of the switch, a signal is sent to the electronic control unit 2 and it turns on all the gearmotors. Geared motors turn the levers of the locks with rods and the locks are blocked or unlocked.

С - scheme of conditional numbering of plugs in blocks of gear motors for blocking locks.
The control unit has an inertial switch, thanks to which the locks are unlocked when the moving vehicle hits an obstacle, i.e. in case of an accident.
In the event of a malfunction, it is necessary to check the fuse, wires and their connections, the control unit and gearmotors. Replace defective control unit and gearmotors with new ones.
Features of the operation of the door lock system on vehicles with an electric package control unit are described further in the section «Electric package remote control system "Norm"».
