To dismantle the drive mechanism, remove the gearbox (see Removing the gearbox).
In the gearbox housing..
... with the "13" head, unscrew the bolt securing the clutch release fork to the shaft.
We take out the shaft from the gearbox housing.
Remove the clutch release fork.
To replace the clutch release shaft bushings, we remove the boxes from the seats in the crankcase..
...upper..
... and lower bushings.
We install new bushings in their place.
In this case, it is necessary that the protrusion on the sleeve falls into the recess on the tide of the gearbox housing.
Remove the clutch release bearing from its guide sleeve.
With the "10" head, we unscrew the three bolts securing the guide bushing to the gearbox housing..
... and remove the bushing.
We take out the rubber sealing ring from the groove of the gearbox housing.
To replace the gearbox input shaft oil seal..
... pry off the gland with a screwdriver and remove it from the sleeve.
We press in a new oil seal, using a mandrel of a suitable size.
A tool head can be used as a mandrel.
We install the clutch release drive mechanism in the reverse order, applying Litol-24 grease to the friction surfaces of the clutch release fork, the outer surface of the guide bushing of the clutch release bearing and the working edge of the input shaft oil seal.
When installing the clutch release fork shaft, we orient it so that the fork mounting bolt passes through the groove made on the shaft.
