We carry out work to flush the internal cavity of the filter housing, replace it, as well as to access the right side of the engine compartment.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp on the air supply hose to the throttle assembly.
Remove the hose from the nozzle of the filter cover.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the three bolts securing the air filter housing to the car body.
Raise the air filter, removing the housing branch pipe from the connecting rubber sleeve of the resonator tee.
When assembling, pay attention to the tightness of the connection between the air supply hose and the air filter cover, since the suction of uncleaned air will cause increased wear of engine parts.
We install the air filter in the reverse order.
