Disconnect the engine management wiring harness connectors from the throttle position sensor (see Removing the Throttle Position Sensor) and idle control (see Removing the idle speed control).
We disconnect the throttle cable from the plastic sector of the throttle assembly (see Throttle Cable Replacement).
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the intake manifold fitting.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp that secures the air supply hose to the nozzle of the throttle assembly..
... and remove the hose from the nozzle.
Squeezing with pliers the clamp of the coolant outlet hose from the throttle assembly heating unit..
... remove the hose from the fitting of the assembly.
To prevent fluid leakage, we insert a plug into the hose hole, for example, an M10 bolt.
Similarly, we disconnect and turn off the hose for supplying coolant to the heating block of the throttle assembly.
Using the "12" head, unscrew the two bolts securing the throttle assembly to the intake manifold..
... and remove the throttle assembly.
The connection of the flanges of the intake manifold and the throttle assembly is sealed with a gasket.
If the gasket is damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.
A special aerosol preparation allows you to effectively clean the channels and the throttle from dirt and deposits.
Install the throttle assembly in reverse order.
