Relieve pressure in the engine power system (see Fuel filter replacement).
We remove the battery.
Draining oil from the engine (see Changing engine oil and oil filter) and coolant (see Coolant replacement).
Disconnect the intermediate pipe from the catalytic converter of the exhaust system (see Removing the intermediate pipe»).
We disconnect the tips of the fuel pipes from the fittings of the fuel rail and the fuel pressure regulator (see Removing the fuel rail and injectors).
Disconnect the tip of the throttle cable from the throttle assembly sector (see Throttle Cable Replacement).
Remove the air supply hose to the throttle assembly (see Removing the air temperature sensor in the intake manifold). Removing the air filter (see Removing the air filter).
Remove the vacuum brake booster hose and intake manifold absolute pressure sensor hose from the intake manifold fittings (see Removing the intake manifold).
Remove the cooling system radiator assembly with fans (see Removing the radiator).
We disconnect the inlet hose of the expansion tank and the outlet hose of the heater radiator from the inlet pipe of the coolant pump, and the inlet hose of the heater from the tee.
We dismantle the engine together with the engine wiring harness without disconnecting the wiring harness blocks from the generator, ignition coil, control system sensors located on the engine, canister purge valves and exhaust gas recirculation, idle speed controller and injectors.
Disconnect the two blocks of the motor wiring harness from the electronic engine control unit (see Removing the electronic control unit) and one block - from the absolute air pressure sensor (see Removing the intake manifold absolute pressure sensor).
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew and remove the piston for fastening the casing of the block of the block of the wiring harness..
...and remove the cover.
We disconnect the three pads of the motor wiring harness from the pads of the wiring harness attached to the bulkhead panel, and place the motor wiring harness on the engine.
Using the "10" head, we unscrew the nut that fastens the tips of the two wires to the "positive" terminal of the battery.
Remove the wire ends from the terminal stud..
... and disconnect the "positive" wires of the engine harness and the engine compartment mounting block.
With the "10" head, we unscrew the bolt securing the tip of the "mass" wire of the motor wiring harness.
Disconnect the A/C compressor wiring harness.
We dismantle the air conditioning compressor from the engine without opening the refrigerant supply and removal lines.
Having removed the compressor, we lower it on the tubes and take it away from the engine.
Removing the gearbox (see Removing the gearbox). After dismantling the gearbox, the engine supports the stop from below.
Having disconnected the fluid supply pipes to the glass washer nozzles and unscrewed the four bolts securing the hood to the hinges..
... remove the hood.
The engine has two eyelets for attaching the lifting device chain.
We fix the chain of the lifting device for the eyes. Having pulled the chain of the lifting device, we remove the stop from under the engine. Remove the right support of the power unit. Before removing the engine from the engine compartment, it is necessary to check once again whether all hoses, pipes, wires are disconnected from the engine and set aside.
We take out the engine from the engine compartment.
We install the engine on the car in reverse order.
