You can remove the radiator assembly with the fan (fans - in the presence of air conditioning) or after dismantling the fan (fans).
We show the removal of the radiator assembly with fans.
Draining the coolant (see Coolant replacement).
Disconnect the block of the wiring harness of the engine management system from the block of the wiring harness of the main fan motor (see Removing the radiator fans).
Disconnect the additional fan wiring harness.
Use pliers to compress the clamp of the steam outlet hose and slide it down the hose.
Remove the steam outlet hose from the radiator pipe.
Use a Phillips or slotted screwdriver to loosen the clamp on the inlet hose..
... and disconnect the hose from the radiator pipe.
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose in the same way.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the two bolts securing the brackets of the upper radiator supports to the upper cross member of the radiator frame.
We remove the radiator assembly with fans from the engine compartment.
We remove the fans (see Removing the radiator fans).
Install the cooling system radiator in reverse order.
