Disconnect the wire terminal from the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Remove the left front wheel liner (see Removing mudguards and front fenders).
By pressing the latch pads, disconnect the block of wires from the washer pump.
We substitute a container under the pump to collect liquid (tank volume 3 l) …
... and remove the fluid supply hose to the nozzles from the pump nozzle.
Drain the fluid from the washer reservoir.
Prying with a screwdriver, we move the pump..
... and remove it from the tank.
We take out the rubber sealing sleeve from the tank opening.
We replace the torn or lost elasticity sleeve with a new one.
Install the washer pump in reverse order.
To remove the tank..
With a "10" head, unscrew the three tank fastening nuts.
Remove the washer bottle.
Install the washer reservoir in reverse order.
