Removing the recirculation valve

Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve to replace its gasket, or the valve itself.

Remove the engine cover.



Having pressed the lock of the block of the wiring harness of the engine management system, we disconnect the block from the valve connector.



Using the "12" head, unscrew the two bolts securing the valve to the cylinder head spacer.



... and remove the valve.



Remove the EGR valve gasket.

Having cleaned the mating surfaces of the valve and spacer from dirt and soot, install the EGR valve in reverse order.
