You can remove the radiator as an assembly with the fan, or by dismantling it beforehand. We show the removal of the radiator assembly with the fan.
Draining the coolant (see Coolant replacement). Removing the radiator cover (see Removal of facing of a radiator). We remove the headlights (see Removing the headlight).
We disconnect the block of the wiring harness of the engine control system from the block of the wiring harness of the fan motor (see Removing the radiator fan).
Having shifted the block of the wiring harness of the engine management system, remove it from the holder on the lower radiator tank.
Using sliding pliers, we compress the ends of the clamp for attaching the outlet hose and slide the clamp along the hose.
Remove the outlet hose from the radiator hose.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the two bolts of the lower fastening of the air conditioner condenser to the radiator.
Using the "10" head, unscrew the bolt securing the air conditioner condenser to the radiator.
Similarly, we turn off the bolt on the other side of the radiator.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the four bolts..
... and move the upper cross member of the radiator frame to the side.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the two bolts securing the brackets for the power steering pipeline.
Squeezing the ends of the clamp with pliers and sliding the clamp, disconnect the steam outlet hose from the expansion tank.
Using sliding pliers, we compress the ends of the clamp for attaching the radiator inlet hose and slide the clamp along the hose.
Remove the inlet hose from the radiator pipe.
Raising the capacitor, we remove its brackets from engagement with the brackets on the radiator.
Raising the radiator..
... and remove it from the engine compartment, complete with a fan.
After unscrewing the four bolts, remove the fan with the casing.
Remove the rubber pads from the bottom mounting pins of the radiator.
Using sliding pliers, we compress the ends of the clamp for fastening the steam outlet hose and slide the clamp along the hose.
Remove the steam outlet hose from the radiator pipe.
Install the cooling system radiator in reverse order. Before installing the radiator, insert the pillows into the holes in the lower cross member of the radiator frame. If the pillows are torn or have lost their elasticity, they should be replaced with new ones. Pour coolant into the cooling system and bring the liquid level in the reservoir to normal (see Coolant replacement).
