Removing the Hazard Switch

We are working to replace the backlight of the switch and the switch itself.

The switch is located on the central overlay of the instrument panel.

Disconnect the wire terminal from the "negative" terminal of the battery. Removing the center trim panel (see Removing the heating, ventilation and air conditioning control unit).



By pressing the lock of the wiring harness block, we disconnect the block from the switch.



We take out the switch from the hole in the central lining.



Turn the lamp counterclockwise with a screwdriver.



We take out the backlight from the switch.

Install the backlight and the alarm switch in reverse order.
