We remove the front wheel speed sensor to check or replace it if ABS malfunctions are detected, as well as when dismantling the steering knuckle.
We show the removal of the left wheel sensor.
With a hexagon "5", we unscrew the sensor mounting screw.
Remove the sensor from the steering knuckle hole.
We remove the rubber bushing of the sensor wiring harness from the bracket on the shock absorber strut..
... and two more bushings - from the bracket located on the mudguard.
In the engine bay..
... disconnect the sensor wiring harness connector from the wiring harness connector.
We remove the block of the sensor wiring harness from the hole in the body...... and remove the sensor.
Before installation, we clean the installation site of the sensor on the steering knuckle, as well as the sensor itself, if it is not replaced.
We remove the right wheel sensor in the same way, but in order to disconnect the sensor wiring block from the wiring harness block, you need to remove the air filter (see Removing the air filter).
