The proposed sequence of work allows you to perform it as quickly as possible, with minimal disassembly, but requires accuracy when working with plastic parts.
Removing the door trim (see Removal of an upholstery of a back door).
Having unbent the rubber seal, use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the three screws securing the lining of the front of the door frame
and another screw at the bottom.
We remove the cover.
Having connected the switch block, we lower the glass to a position in which the self-tapping screws of its fastening are located against the technological holes of the inner panel.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the glass to the slider..
Raise the glass and remove it from the door.
Two holes are made in the lower part of the glass for installing plastic caps.
Install rear door glass in reverse order.
Pay attention that all four tabs on the trim are hooked to the edge of the door frame.
The plastic pad, after being assembled in this way, is on top of the rubber pad, which forces the edge of the rubber pad to move, wetting it with soapy water.
