Facing by a separate element is made on a car with a hatchback body, and on cars with sedan and station wagon bodies - at the same time with a bumper. We carry out work when removing the upper cross member of the radiator frame or if the lining itself is damaged, in order to access the headlight attachment points and the radiator.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws securing the radiator lining.
With a long slotted screwdriver, press the plastic latch of the lower lining fastening on the left side of the car.
Slightly pull the left side of the cladding towards us.
The photo shows the latch with the cladding bracket already removed from it.
Similarly, having freed the right side of the lining, remove it from the car. Note that the radiator grille lugs protrude from the bumper lugs.
To install the cladding, you must first remove the plastic clips from the headlight brackets by squeezing their "ears" with your fingers
and then install the clips into the grille brackets.
Next, install the radiator lining in reverse order.
