Removing the rear door power window mechanism

Work is underway to replace the power window mechanism.

Removing the door trim (see Removal of an upholstery of a back door).

We turn off the screws securing the glass to the slider (see Removing the rear door glass).



By pressing the latch, we disconnect the power window wire blocks.



Using the "10" head, unscrew the four nuts securing the window regulator guide and three nuts securing the window regulator mechanism.



We take out the mechanism of the window regulator of the rear door through the technological hole in the inner panel of the door.

Install the rear door window regulator in reverse order.
