Removal of the electric drive of blocking of the lock of a door of a luggage compartment

The work is carried out when replacing the electric drive of the lock. The electric drive is located in the cavity of the tailgate.

Disconnect the electric drive rod from the tailgate lock lever (see Removing the tailgate lock).



Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the electric drive.



We remove the electric drive from the cavity of the door and disconnect the block of wires from it.



Turning the latch, we take out the traction.



Power tailgate lock.

Install the tailgate lock actuator in reverse order.
