We remove the heater radiator for replacement if a coolant leak is detected from it.
We remove the heater (see Removing the heater).
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws
and disconnect the housing of the distribution dampers and the fan housing.
We remove the lining.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew eleven screws
and separate the housing of the distribution dampers into two parts.
Remove the heater core from the housing.
Install the heater core in reverse order.
To replace damper
with a screwdriver, press the sector lock (for clarity, shown in the removed sector)...... and remove the damper drive sector.
We replace the faulty damper.
We install the damper drive sector so that the double tooth of the sector coincides with the wide recess on the damper drive lever.
We assemble the heater in the reverse order.
