Alternator pulley replacement

You will need: key «at 24», hex key «for 8», welding clamp or sliding pliers type «cobra».

1. Remove the alternator from the vehicle (see «Removal and installation of the generator»).



2. Holding the generator shaft with a hex key, unscrew the pulley fastening nut...



3.... and remove the pulley from the shaft.

4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.



Note: You can fix the alternator pulley when unscrewing the fastening nut by clamping it in a vise through the old belt.
