The minimum permissible thickness of the brake disc of the brake mechanism of the rear wheel is 10 mm. If one of the discs is less than specified, replace both discs. When replacing brake discs, be sure to replace the brake pads with a new set.
You will need: T3O TORX wrench, wheel nut wrench.
I. Remove the wheel from the side of the caliper to be replaced.
2. Turn out bolts of fastening directing blocks to an arm
3. Remove the caliper assembly without disconnecting the brake hose..
4.... and secure the caliper with wire, making sure the hose is not twisted or pulled.
5. Keeping the hub from turning with a mounting blade, unscrew the screw that secures the brake disc to the rear hub...
6.... and remove the disc from the wheel hub.
7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Before installing the disc, thoroughly clean the hub and disc mating surfaces of rust and scale, as even the smallest particle sandwiched between the mating surfaces will cause the disc to wobble and vibrate when braking.
8. Press the brake pedal all the way down several times. This is necessary in order to select the gaps in the brake mechanism that appeared after the pistons were pressed into the cylinders.
9. Install the wheel.
10. Similarly remove a brake disk of other wheel.
