2. Install the car on an inspection ditch. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.
3. Remove the front bumper (see «Removal and installation of a forward bumper»).
4. Remove the air intake (see «Replacing the cooling system radiator»).
5. Remove the front bumper bracket (see «Replacing the cooling system radiator»).
6. Loosen the nut securing the high pressure inlet pipe flange to the condenser flange and disconnect the pipe from the condenser.
7. Loosen the nut securing the high pressure outlet pipe flange to the condenser flange and disconnect the pipe from the condenser.
Warnings: Immediately after disconnecting, plug open pipe ends to prevent dirt and moisture from entering the system.
Pay attention to the sealing rings of the flange connections of the pipelines. If the pipelines are disconnected during the repair of the system, the sealing rings must be replaced.
8. On the left side, press the upper and lower clamps securing the condenser to the radiator of the cooling system...
9.... and remove the holders. Remove the holders on the left side in the same way and disconnect the condenser and radiator of the engine cooling system.
10. Disconnect the harness connector from the refrigerant pressure sensor.
11. Remove the condenser by gently pulling upwards.
12. Install the condenser in the reverse order of removal.
Warnings: Only open the process flange plugs of a new condenser immediately before connecting the piping.
When installing, be sure to lubricate the new sealing rings of the pipeline flanges with oil for the air conditioning compressor.
13. Charge the A/C system with refrigerant at a specialized automotive air conditioner service center.
