Attention! The transmission fluid is hot. Care must be taken to avoid an accident when draining the transmission fluid from the transaxle assembly.
1. Raise the vehicle and place it on the supports provided for this purpose.
2. Remove the transaxle drain plug and allow the fluid to drain completely.
3. Unscrew the plug of the hole to check the fluid level.
4. Install a new transaxle drain plug.
Tighten
Tighten the drain plug of the transaxle assembly to 6 Nm (53 lb-in) + 45°~180°.
5. Add SAE75W90 transmission fluid until it seeps through the fluid level plug.
6. Install a new fluid level plug.
Tighten
Tighten the fluid level plug to 6 Nm (53 lb-in) + 45°~180°.
7. Lower the vehicle and check for correct operation.
