Withdrawal procedure
1. Remove battery and shelf. See Section 1E1, Engine Electrical System - 2.0 Diesel; Section 1E2, Engine Electrical System - FAM II 2.4D; Section 1E3, Engine Electrical System - HFV6 3.2L.
2. Install DW110-060.
3. Support the gearbox on a jack.
4. Remove three screws (1) left arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission with the main transfer in gathering.
5. Remove bolts (2) suspension brackets of the gearbox with the main gear assy.
6. Remove the left gearbox mounting bracket.
Installation order
1. Install bolts (2) suspension brackets of the gearbox with the main gear assy.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts (2) transmission suspension with final drive assembly torque 37 Nm (27 lb-ft).
2. Install the left transaxle hanger bracket assembly and install the three bolts (1) fastening of an arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission with the main transfer in gathering.
Tighten
Tighten three bolts (1) fastenings of the left arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission with the main transfer in gathering the moment of 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
3. Remove DW110-060.
4. Install the battery and battery tray. See Section 1E1, Engine Electrical System - 2.0 Diesel; Section 1E2, Engine Electrical System - FAM II 2.4D; Section 1E3, Engine Electrical System - HFV6 3.2L.
