Removal procedure
1. Remove the decorative engine cover. See «Decorative engine cover» in this section.
2. Remove the air filter assembly. See «Air filter assembly» in this section.
3. Remove the right front wheel.
4. Remove the mudguard.
5. Turn the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise to decrease belt tension.
6. While holding the tensioner in a position that provides reduced tension, disconnect the belt.
7. Remove the engine mount. See «Engine mount» in this section.
8. Loosen the engine mount bracket mounting bolts.
9. Remove the engine mount support bracket by moving it upwards.
10. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.
Installation procedure
1. Install the accessory drive belt.
2. Install the engine mount bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the upper mounting bolts of the engine mount support bracket to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
Tighten the lower mounting bolts of the engine mount support bracket to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
3. Install the engine mount. See «Engine mount» in this section.
4. Turn the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.
5. While holding the tensioner in the reduced tension position, install the belt.
6. Install splash guard.
7. Install the right front wheel.
8. Install the air cleaner assembly. See «Air filter assembly» in this section.
9. Install the decorative engine cover. See «Decorative engine cover» in this section.
