Removal procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the front EVAP canister purge hose from the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve.

3. Disconnect the front EVAP canister purge hose from the EVAP pipe.



4. Disconnect the rear EVAP pipe hose from the EVAP canister.



5. Remove the protective bracket for the EVAP adsorber pipe.

6. Dismantle the fastening clamps of the EVAP adsorber pipe.

7. Dismantle the EVAP adsorber pipe.

Installation procedure

1. Install the EVAP canister pipe with the fixing clamps.

2. Install the EVAP canister pipe clamps.

3. Install the EVAP canister pipe protection bracket.



4. Connect the rear EVAP pipe hose to the EVAP canister.



5. Connect the front EVAP canister purge hose to the EVAP canister pipe.

6. Connect the front EVAP canister purge hose to the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve.
