DW 110–060 Engine clamp
Removal procedure
1. Remove the battery and battery tray. See section 1E2, engine electrical equipment - FAM II 2.4D.
Attention! Raise the engine just enough to take the load off the transmission mount assembly, otherwise damage to the mount and failure of the lifting equipment may result.
2. Support the motor assembly using the DW110-060 motor jig.
3. Remove the transaxle mounting bracket retaining bolts from the transaxle.
4. Remove the transaxle mount retaining bolts from the left front longitudinal member.
5. Remove the transmission mount assembly with final drive.
Installation procedure
1. Install the transaxle mount assembly.
Tighten
Tighten lock bolts (2) transmission suspension unit with final drive assembly torque 37 Nm (27 lb-ft).
Tighten lock bolts (1) fastening of an arm of a suspension bracket of a transmission with the main transfer in gathering the moment of 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
2. Remove engine jig assembly DW110-060.
3. Install the battery and battery tray. See section 1E2, engine electrical equipment - FAM II 2.4D.
