Removal procedure
1. Raise and secure the vehicle.
2. Remove the right front wheel. Follow Section 2E, Tires and wheels.
3. Remove the front engine cover from the right front wheel side. Follow See Section 9R, Front Body.
4. Install the appropriate tool for the drive belt tensioner.
5. Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise to loosen the belt tension.
6. Remove drive belt.
7. Clean and inspect the belt and mating surfaces of all pulleys. See Section 1A, General Engine Data.
Installation procedure
1. Install belt on all pulleys.
2. Install the appropriate tool for the drive belt tensioner.
3. Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise to loosen the tension on the tensioner.
4. Install drive belt.
5. Check drive belt installation and alignment.
