Breaking in a new car

To maintain high performance, as well as extend the life of the car for the first few hundred kilometers, follow these recommendations:

• When starting off, do not fully depress the accelerator pedal.
• Do not run the engine at excessively high speeds.
• Try to avoid sudden braking, except in emergency situations. This will ensure the normal running-in of parts of the brake system.
• To avoid engine damage and to save fuel, avoid sudden starts, accelerations, and prolonged high speed driving.
• When accelerating in low gears, do not fully depress the accelerator pedal.
• It is not allowed to tow other vehicles.
