Removal procedure

1. Remove the airbag module (SIR). See Section 8B, Airbag System (SIR).



2. Remove the steering wheel side cover.

3. Remove the cruise control switch.

Installation procedure

1. Install the cruise control switch.

2. Install the steering wheel side cover.

Tighten

Tighten the cruise control switch screws to 2.5 Nm (22 lb-in).

3. Install the airbag module (SIR). See Section 8B, Airbag System (SIR).
