Steering column cover

Withdrawal procedure

1. Loosen the screw on the lower steering column cover.



2. Turn the steering wheel to expose the screws on the top cover of the steering column. Loosen the screws of the upper steering column cover panel and remove the upper and lower steering column cover panels.



3. Remove the lower steering column cover from the frame on the dashboard.

Installation order

1. Install the lower steering column cover to the frame on the dashboard.



2. Tighten the screws for the upper and lower steering column covers.

Tighten

Tighten the screws for the top and bottom steering column cover to 1.5 Nm (13 lb-in).
