1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.
2. Remove the crankcase protection (see «Removal and installation of mudguards and engine crankcase protection»).
3. Squeeze the clamp on the diagnostic oxygen sensor harness connector and disconnect it from the engine harness connector.
4. Unscrew the three nuts securing the intake pipe flange to the collector flange...
5.... separate the flanges and remove the gasket.
6. Turn off two nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a flange of the additional muffler...
7.... and remove the downpipe.
8. Remove the sealing gasket from the studs of the rear flange of the receiving pipe.
WARNING: Front gaskets...
... and the rear flanges of the receiving pipe, each time the connection is disassembled, replace with new ones, since heavily compressed gaskets will not provide a reliable seal.
9. If you are replacing the downpipe and the new pipe does not have an oxygen sensor, unscrew it from the removed downpipe and install it on the new assembly.
10. Establish a reception pipe and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
